Mike Cleary enters his first year as part of the lacrosse coaching staff. Cleary, a native of New Boston, Michigan, graduated from Siena Heights University in May of 2014 with degree in English and certification in secondary education. Cleary was a member of the Siena Heights golf team for one year but was a four-year starting attackman on the Saints lacrosse team. In each of those four years, Cleary ranked top-five in goals and ground balls. In 2013, he was named the NAIA Champion of Character. During his senior season, Cleary helped lead the Saints to their first ever playoff appearance and first playoff victory. In 2015, Cleary was a graduate assistant for Division II Ohio Valley University in Parkersburg, West Virginia and is currently pursuing his MFA in writing at Lindenwood.
