Harley Gadomski enters his second year coaching at Incarnate Word University. He brings an extensive knowledge of lacrosse, with 17 years combined between playing and coaching. Harley played lacrosse at the NCAA Division 2 level while attending Ohio Valley University. There he was the starting goalie for 3 years. His senior year he was nationally ranked in saves and saves per game. After graduating with a BA in Marketing and Economics, Harley took a graduate assistant position at UIW. There he played two years, his first year there he lead the team in points, goals, and assists. In his second year he transitioned back to goalie and was top 13 in the nation and top 3 in the LSA Division 2 Conference.
