Starting his career from the hot bed of US Lacrosse, Erik played under Tewaaraton Legend Award winning Coach Frank Urso and side by side the highest caliber of players in the country. He committed to Oberlin College in Ohio where he played NCAA Lacrosse for 1 season before transferring down the Mississippi River to Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. At Tulane University Erik started as goaltender all 3 seasons, holds the record for save percentage, and was the captain and president for 2 years. Additionally, he is the head of the New Orleans Lacrosse Association and the Program Coordinator for Lusher School District Lacrosse Program.
