ATLANTA – For the first time in the organization’s history, the Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association (MCLA) will have official representation at the US Lacrosse Convention and Fanfest. The event takes place in Baltimore from Jan. 22-24 at the Baltimore Convention Center.

The MCLA will have a booth (No. 557) at the vendor expo area and it will be manned by Matt Holman, the association’s tournament director and a member of the MCLA's Board of Directors.

“The underlying goal of our presence at the US Lacrosse Convention is making contact with and educating high school coaches about the purpose of our organization and its great members,” Holman said. “Our presence means that the MCLA is here to stay and demonstrates how large of a ‘player’ we are in the lacrosse world.”

Those hoping to find out more about the MCLA along with current members are urged to stop by the booth and grab a picture with Holman and pick up a gift, compliments of Under Armour.

“This is also a way of simply spreading the general purpose of the MCLA, which is providing an opportunity to play excellent collegiate lacrosse at a variety of colleges and universities across the continent,” added Holman.
