ATLANTA – With its overtime win against No. 7 St. John’s this past Friday, St. Thomas has not retained its lead, but expanded it in the Under Armour MCLA Division I Coaches Poll, which was released on Wednesday.

The Tommies grabbed 16 of the possible 28 first-place votes, allowing UST to double its points lead over second-place Concordia-Irvine from last week. The Eagles grabbed 11 first-place votes, keeping it four points ahead of No. 3 North Dakota State, which also snared a top vote.

Kennesaw State and Dayton round out the Top 5 this week.

Missouri Baptist entered the poll this week, ousting Western Washington.
