McFadden Tops D-I All-Tourney Squad

ROUND ROCK, Texas – After setting the Division I tournament record for goals in a game during the semifinals and averaging over seven goals per game in the semifinals and finals, Concordia’s Chad McFadden has been named the Most Valuable Player at the 2023 MCLA National Championships presented by New Balance.

McFadden put himself in the record books with 10 goals against Liberty, helping the Golden Eagles set the record for most goals in a game during the 25-10 triumph.

The Trabuco Canyon, Calif., native is one of six Concordia players on the all-tournament team.

Virginia Tech and Chapman had three representatives apiece while Liberty had one.
