DALLAS – The Lone Star Alliance (LSA) Tournament returns to the Z-Plex in Melissa, Texas, for a three-day event that will produce two automatic qualifiers to the 2025 MCLA National Championships presented by New Balance, which will be held from May 5-10 at the Round Rock (Texas) Multipurpose Complex.
Division II action will kick off the weekend on Friday afternoon with three contests. North Texas against Arkansas at noon will start the day, followed by Rice versus Texas State and Drury against Missouri state at 2:30 p.m. Overall top seed Tulane, which received a bye, will get the winner of the latter contest. The Division II championship game will be at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Division I has the late shift on each of the three days. The 5 p.m. slot features North top seed Baylor squaring off with Texas A&M while South big dog Texas Christian clashes with Kansas. The evening is capped off with Southern Methodist-Oklahoma and Missouri-Texas.
The D-I championship game will also be on Sunday at 3:00 p.m.
“If you love lacrosse, this is the place to be this weekend,” said LSA president Jason Zantjer. “Every one of the matchups over the three days will be exciting, featuring our best teams and student-athletes.”
Tickets for the event will be $25 for a three-day pass and $12 per day. All games will be streamed via GameOnSports Network and, for the first time, live via Samsung TV Plus channel 2394 – RYZ Sports Network.

The Division III championship game between Houston and Oklahoma State will be at noon on Sunday.
