Montana State (7-1), which is on a six-game win streak, bumped up into the No. 3 slot.
St. Thomas (3-2), which took its second loss of the season against No. 7 Grand Valley State (6-2) over the weekend, plummeted two spots to fourth.
Missouri State (5-1), which took down Grand Valley but lost to the Tommies, sits tight to round out the Top 5.
