D-I Trophy Takes Scenic Tour Home

EAST LANSING, Mich. -- After winning the Division I title at the 2018 MCLA National Championships powered by Under Armour in Salt Lake City from May 7-12, six Michigan State seniors decided to take the trophy on the ride of its life.

Kevin Boland, Patrick Donovan, Sam Robbins, Hunter Stephans, Jess Todd and Jay Warren rented a recreational vehicle for the trip back from Utah to Michigan, stopping along the way to introduce the championship trophy to some of the most beautiful parts of our country, illustrated in the gallery below.

The Spartans started at the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park in Idaho and followed that with stops Yellowstone Lake (Wyo.), Canyon Mountain (Wyo.), Yellowstone Falls (Wyo.), Buffalo Bill Reservoir (S.D.), Mount Rushmore (S.D.), Black Hills National Forest (S.D.), Sioux Falls (S.D.) and the Mississippi river (in La Crosse, Wis.).
