BC Snags CLC-I Championship

FITCHBURG, Mass. – Boston College knocked off the top two seeds in the Continental Lacrosse Conference (CLC) Division I tournament to capture the league championship on Sunday at Game On Sports.

CLC D-I BRACKET

The Eagles (9-5) knocked off top-seeded Northeastern (13-2) to capture the automatic qualifying bid to the 2022 MCLA National Championships presented by New Balance, which will be held in Round Rock, Texas, from May 9-14.

NATIONALS TICKETS & STREAMS

The Huskies will await their fate this evening, as they will be part of the selection committee’s at-large pool.

Boston College trailed after each of the first three periods, but managed to close strong to take the title.

#1 Northeastern d. #4 Connecticut, 17-10
#3 Boston College d. #2 New Hampshire, 10-8

Finals – May 1 – Game On Sports Field 2
